In the unlikely event of a manufacturing or material defect we will send you a monitor of the same size and similar specifications and collect the defective monitor back. This offer is valid for a period as stated on your warranty card, starting from the date of purchase. The receipt of a replacement monitor will not extend the warranty period, the warranty starts from the date of purchase of the original monitor.
If there is any problem with the monitor, please call our service centre hot-line: 0870 757 2944 (press option 1). Our dedicated technical advisers would provide a free technical support service over the telephone. The opening hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. We will answer your questions, identify the fault (if there is any) and if possible rectify it. Please have the following ready when you call:
A detailed description of the defect.
The serial number of the monitor, which could be found on the back of the CRT Monitor, under the barcode, or on the base of some LCD Monitors.
Product number of the monitor, which could also be located on the back label of the CRT Monitor, or located on the carton label.
Original purchase receipt or a copy of it, (showing the date of purchase).
If the problem cannot be solved over the telephone, we will aim to arrange a warranty swap for you within 72 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Please note that it is not possible for us to fix a exact delivery time of the replacement to the designated place.
In order for us to arrange a swapping, please provide the technical adviser the following information:
The delivery address and contact name.
A daytime contact number.
The serial number of the monitor, which could be found on the back of the CRT Monitor, under the barcode, or on the base of some LCD Monitors.
Product number of the monitor, which could also be located on the back label of the CRT Monitor, or located on the carton label.
We reserve the right to request a copy of your Original purchase receipt (showing the date of purchase).
This swap service is provided in Mainland UK which includes England, Wales, Scotland only.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
